Our party was dedicated to Adam Curtis. A twelve year old young boy who is now in heaven.
Thank you to Hanafords, Shaws and Stop and Shop; and thank you to Susan's Jewelry for all of TheIr support over the year.
Thank's to everyone who brought goodies, canned goods; who helped oraganize and decorate for the party. Thanks to Deb and her daughter for handing out the presents. That's the hardest job of all. Winter Safty Tips List from the Manchester P.D.
1. Be aware of where your purse and wallet are while shopping. Pickpockets and shoplifters are always out there.
2. Avoid carrying large amounts of cash.
3. If you have to carry cash keep it in your pocket; not your purse or wallet.
4. If you buy big ticket items (computers or TVs) don't put the box outside where it can be seen in the trash.
5. Don't shop alone. Shop with someone else and watch eatch other's goods.
7. If you go out of town; have someone take in your mail and shovel your walkway.
8. Notify the Post Office, UPS and Fedx if you're out of town. Tell them to hold your mail and packeges until you return.
9. Be careful who you talk to about going out of town. Only tell friends and family.
Our Mission Statement:
We, the "Eagle Eyes" of Manchester are a group of neighbors and friends centered in the Lake Ave. area of Manchester who are committed to improving the quality of life in our neighborhood. We are a volunteer and non-profit organization willing and eager to cooperate with any and all city agencies to attain our goal through crime watches and awareness: public outreach, beautification efforts and the utmost safety of all those to whom we reach out. We encourage the participation of all other like-minded individuals regardless of their georgraphical location in New Hampshire, political affilliations or office held. We, as a group are in agreement that "No efforts based on good intentions are fruitless", and that even the smallest example of progress is a net gain to all. We have gathered as a group in the wake of a tragedy, and dedicate our efforts to the legacy of Officer Michael Briggs, to whom the city of Manchester owes a debt of gratitude. So help us God

Our group was born out of this tragedy to show that our communities can come forward and take a stand with strength, determination, and goodness. We will continue this journey and where ever it takes us we will be there. We have achieved much greatness in everything that we have done and will do. Be proud of yourselves.
